Synopsis

The story of The Lost Girl is based on the brutal Sikh riots that occurred in Delhi in 1984, impacting the lives of thousands who had to be relocated from one place to another. The most affected are women and children, even though they have no connection to the conflicts. Based on a true Incident. "The Lost Girl" tells the story of Suhani, a girl affected by riots who gets separated from her family during the incident and finds herself in an unfamiliar and dangerous place, nearly 100 kilometers away from her home. Suhani spends 15 years at unknown place, studying and growing up, she faces difficult struggles, attempts, and abuses till her 20, she fights for rights. "Does Suhani find her destination? One day suddenly she escape from there. The story depicts how a 5-year-old girl survives in an unknown place for 15 years and whether she succeeds in finding her Family. She herself doesn't know who her real parents are and where she came from.
