Synopsis

This psychological-thriller revisits the story of Joker- one of the most famous anti-heroes in pop-culture. Starring Oscar nominee Joaquin Phoenix in the titular role, the movie is centered on an unsuccessful stand-up comedian named Arthur Fleck. Disappointed and disregarded by society, Fleck turns to a life of chaos and crime, eventually becoming one of the most frightening legends. Although set in the fictional Gotham City, the movie is a standalone story never seen before on the big screen.
