Synopsis

Set in a dystopian 2019, the story follows Shotaro Kaneda, the leader of a biker gang, whose childhood friend, Tetsuo Shima, gains powerful telekinetic abilities following a motorcycle accident. As Tetsuo's powers spiral out of control, he becomes a threat to a military complex, plunging the futuristic metropolis of Neo-Tokyo into chaos and rebellion.
