Jimmy Sheirgill whose real name is Jasjit Singh Gill is a popular name in Hindi and Punjabi cinema. He made his acting debut with Gulzar’s directorial venture Maachis in 1996. He has acted in popular movies like Mohabbatein, Bas Ek Pal, A Wednesday!, Munna Bhai MBBS, Saheb, Biwi Aur Gangster, Bullett Raja, Tanu Weds Manu, Special 26, Yaaran Naal Baharan and Rangeelay. Jimmy’s first film as a producer was Dharti which released in 2011. Interestingly, Jimmy has also written the movie Haasil which also featured him in a crucial role.

Dev Kharoud is an Indian film actor who not only features in Punjabi teleserials and movies, but also is active in theatre plays directed by big names like Balraj Pandit Ji, Samual John, and Rajesh Sharma Ji. One of his most prominent roles was that of Rupinder Gandhi in the movie Rupinder Gandhi - The Gangster, which turned out to be a blockbuster hit in 2015. He has appeared in other films like Kabbadi Ik Mohhabat (2010) and Sadda Haq (2013). He has featured in TV serials like Jugnu Mast Mast on Zee Punjabi, Koi Pather Se Na Mare and Roop Basant on DD Kashmir, and Khada Pita Barbaad Kita on Channel Punjab.

Father of popular Indian cricketer Yuvraj Singh, Yograj Singh is a popular actor who appears in Hindi and Punjabi movies. He made his acting debut with the Punjabi film Batwara (1983). In 1994, Yograj turned director with the movie Vichhora (1994). His most popular movies include Bhaag Milkha Bhaag, Great Sardaar, Krazzy Tabbar, Thug Life and Sajjan Singh Rangroot. Yograj who has acted in over 33 movies also featured in a Hollywood movie titled West is West (2008).
