Synopsis

Bella Baxter, a young woman is brought back to life by the brilliant and unorthodox mind of a scientist, Dr. Godwin Baxter. Eager to learn and hungry for worldliness, Bella decides to runs off with Duncan Wedderburn, a slick and debauched lawyer, on a whirlwind adventure across the continents.
