Synopsis

This story is set in a village in Punjab, where on one hand, people like Gurmukh Singh live their lives rooted in spirituality and hard work, while on the other hand, people like Balkar Singh are trapped in greed and bad habits. In the village, the youth are moving towards addiction and wrong paths, while the elderly are striving to preserve their traditions and values. Gurmukh Singh's family is busy tending to their fields and fulfilling their religious duties.
