Synopsis

Engineers from around the world gather on the island of Hachijo-jima to pilot “Pacific Boy”, a new facial recognition system that links police camera systems around the world. Meanwhile, Conan and his gang go whale-watching to the same island where he receives a call from Subaru, a student and FBI agent, who informs him of the murder of a Europol employee in Germany.
